Our company is the follower of scientific and production companies Small-Scale Enterprise “QUARTA” (МП "КВАРТА") and Closed-Type Joint-Stock Company “QUARTA-STAR” (АОЗТ "КВАРТА-СТАР"), which functioned since 1990.
