北京倍爱康生物技术有限公司成立于1999年，是北京市科委认定的高新技术企业、中关村科技园区的优秀样板企业。2008年１月，倍爱康正式加入中国医疗技术公司（NASDAQ:CMED），成为旗下全资子公司，全面引入上市公司先进的管理及运作模式。
倍爱康长期致力于免疫检测产品的研发和生产。公司拥有2,000M2的磁微粒分离免疫定量检测试剂生产厂，并于2005年通过国家GMP认证，是国内最早获得该认证的磁微粒固相分离免疫试剂生产商。以先进的磁微粒分离技术为核心，倍爱康已形成以磁分离酶联免疫定量检测系统和磁分离化学发光免疫定量检测系统为主，相关免疫检测产品为补充的专业免疫检测产品研发、生产及供应平台。产品覆盖临床诊断、食品安全检测、体育科研等多个领域，为国内、外数千余家用户提供优质的产品和专业的服务。
