Customer Services: From GENE to PROTEIN!
RELIATech offers a full customer service for the expression of recombinant proteins in insect cells (Baculovirus) and E. coli. These services are divided into a series of steps which can be performed either individually or in combination so that you can select the steps you actually need. These services are designed to adequately cover most of your needs, from gene cloning into a Baculovirus transfer vector or an E. coli expression vector, the generation of recombinant baculovirus or E. coli strain, up to the production and purification of recombinant protein. If desired we also will try to establish a assay for determining the biological activity of the purified protein.
