1970年，Armin Walter先生和Alfred Bai先生共同创办了W+B公司，其前身是著名的具有超过百年历史的瑞士AMSLER试验机公司的技术服务机构（AMSLER公司是电液伺服控制技术的鼻祖，后来因故被解散了，但是其优良产品品质在W+B得以延续下来），后来开始生产自己品牌的动静态试验机。公司经过不断的壮大，已经发展成为独立的销售、研发和生产部门，以满足各种各样的顾客需求。

We are renowned for the production of high quality systems. Due to our continuous research and development policy as well as actively collaborating with our customers and suppliers we have always maintained the very high product standard ever since the company was founded in 1970 by Armin Walter and Alfred Bai in Löhningen, Switzerland.
