007年12月份，Alliance公司与AMS/Westco 科学仪器公司（环境与医疗市场的仪器领导者）合并，并组建了AMS集团公司。集团目前的产品涉及全自动间断化学分析仪、连续流动分析仪、红外品质分析仪、全自动消解系统与蒸馏系统等多系列产品。其中AMS意大利公司 (www.ams-analyzers.com) 建立于1992年。Westco 科技公司(www.westcoscientific.com) 建立于1986年，Westco主要的方向在于全自动间断化学分析和样品制备。其主要产品Smartchem 200全自动化学分析仪于2001年获匹兹堡科学创新大奖。其产品广泛应用到生态学、环境科学、湿地研究、土壤研究等多个领域。目前已被中国农业科学院、中国林业科学研究院、兰州大学、国家海洋局、北京农学院、中国环境科学研究院等几十家单位所广泛采用，大大提高了科学研究的效率和数据的可靠性。

Westco Scientific Instruments, Inc. was formed in 1987 as a manufacturer and supplier of after-market consumables for clinical laboratories. In addition, Westco supplied consumables to a number of analytical instrument manufacturers. Key acquisitions in 1991 expanded Westco's product range to include the industrial and environmental laboratory marketplace as well.
