Wentworth is the exclusive representative for Korea-based Advanced Micro Silicon Technology (AMST Co., Ltd.) in the United States, and offers MEMS-based technology for 300mm one touchdown probe cards for NAND probing, and fine pitch, high parallel multiple die testing of DRAMS and NOR Flash. In a cross-representation agreement, AMST will sell and service Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Korea.
Wentworth and ProbeLeader Co., Ltd. of Taiwan have signed an exclusive cross-distribution agreement. Wentworth will sell and support ProbeLeader's advanced cantilever probe cards and related products, and ProbeLeader will sell and support Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Taiwan.

Wentworth Laboratories and Quatek Group, a leading supplier of test and measurement equipment in Taiwan and China, have established a joint venture in Taiwan, Pegasus Instrument Inc. Pegasus Instrument manufactures Pegasus probers in Taiwan and provides field service and applications engineering for China and Taiwan.
