作为迪氏曼集团进军中国的第一步。迪氏曼集团于2004年2月在上海外高桥保税区注册成立了全资子公司——迪氏曼国际贸易（上海）有限公司。经过近四年的不泄努力，目前中国已成为迪氏曼集团全球化工原料最主要的采购地。同时面对中国这个巨大的潜在市场，迪氏曼集团决定进一步将生产基地延伸到中国，并于2006年9月在上海化工园区投资成立全资工厂：迪氏曼医药和化工（上海）有限公司。该公司占地75000平方米，依托印度总公司成功获得GMP证书及美国FDA认证的经验，主要生产原料药，医药中间体，季磷盐及季铵盐产品。

Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals公司（印度Mumbai）也正在打造其全球委托生产生意。公司收购了IO3公司（瑞士Bern，ww.io3s.com），该公司致力于臭氧化学。IO3S公司现在的资产（不包括对资产的再评估）为200万美元，收购价低于这个价格。2005年，Dishman公司收购了英国曼彻斯特的委托研发公司Synprotec公司。Dishman公司还完成了一个面积7500平方英尺的研发中心，包括一个新CGMP试验工厂和公司产品Bavla在印度的CGMP生产部门。
