On June 10, 1999, and the Sundstrand Corp. merged, forming HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND. The company's heritage spans the course of 100 years, tracing its roots to the founding of the Sundstrand Corp. in 1905 and Hamilton Standard in 1919.
