以色列梯瓦制药（TEVA）工业有限公司是全球著名的跨国制药企业，致力于非专利药品、专利品牌药品和活性药物成分的研究开发、生产和推广。TEVA 是全球排名前20 位的制药公司，也是世界上最大的非专利药制药公司。

梯瓦起家于20世纪初，当时是一个用骆驼和毛驴在Palestine各地输送药品的公司。二战期间一个很偶然的机会，梯瓦成为当地最主要的药品供货商之一。1948年以色利政府成立后，以色列的医药市场稳定发展，梯瓦开始出口自己的产品。1976年一举并购Assia和Zori两个制药公司后，梯瓦的实力得到质的提高，并进入其长达30年的并购时代，陆续收购了多家制药公司。1986年梯瓦收购了美国宾夕法尼亚州的仿制药公司列蒙，2001年获得了马瑞恩的所有权。这两次并购是梯瓦发展史上的重要转折点，对其立足美国市场、在销售生产等多方面起到举足轻重的作用。2004年梯瓦斥资34亿美元收购Sicor，从而进入生产仿制药注射剂的生物仿制药领域。2005年以74亿美元大手笔收购Ivax，梯瓦成功跻身于世界第16大处方药销售制药公司。

2006 年，TEVA 全球销售收入预计将超过80 亿美元,其中80%的销售额来自北美和欧洲。2006年美国梯瓦公司（Teva Pharm Usa）是全美国处方量最多的公司，多达4.22亿张，占美国处方量的比重已超过10%，远高于第2位的辉瑞公司。在未来7年内，市场销售额共计达1000亿美元的药品面临专利到期的问题，预计梯瓦在2007年和2008年将有70～80个新仿制药问世。
