KLASTECH specialises in the manufacture of an entirely new and completely revolutionary range of CW Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) lasers which provide for a step change in 2nd harmonic conversion efficiency.
Our range includes the Crescendo, the world’s first and only true CW ruby laser, the Verve, an ultra compact CW 266nm laser and the 442nm Concerto, a direct DPSS alternative to the He-Cd gas laser.
Our 1064nm Senza, 532nm Scherzo and Scherzo LP, high power 532nm Symphony and 488nm Blue Note lasers complete our comprehensive portfolio.
Founded: August 2005
Located in Dortmund, Germany KLASTECH was founded to exploit its revolutionary new DPSS laser technology. Protected by a global patent this new technology achieves a step change in Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) laser performance.
Utilising this technology KLASTECH has already brought to market a number of products including the world’s first and only CW ruby DPSS laser.
KLASTECHs modern facilities reside within the MST.factory home of other high technology companies all working at the leading edge of physics and engineering.
At KLASTECH we work closely with our customers to ensure that we can meet their exacting requirements. For OEMs we offer a complete design and build service where the customer may require significant mechanical re-design to achieve space or environmental constraints or even where a different wavelength from our standard range is requested.
Our lasers are used in all applications for which CW DPSS lasers are normally utilised from Raman Spectroscopy to Flow Cytometry, from Holography to Hematology or from Confocal Microscopy to Particle Imaging. Whatever the applications, KLASTECH lasers have proven time and again that they can add real value to a customer’s portfolio and instrument performance.
