比利时NanoMEGAS公司是一家致力于发展先进的电子晶体学技术的高科技公司。目前公司开发的产品包括透射电镜旋进电子衍射技术、电子衍射计和透射电镜晶体取向和晶相发布自动分析系统等，这些先进技术和设备可以安装在100-400kV的所有透射电镜（包括FEI、JEOL、日立、ZEISS等厂家的所有透射型号，有无STEM附件均可）上。
旋进电子衍射技术将目前广泛应用的电子衍射方法扩展到定量晶体学领域，是电子晶体学的重大发展。应用旋进电子衍射技术以后，透射电镜的电子衍射强度接近于运动学理论数字，可以使用X射线晶体学的软件和方法进行处理，从而得到纳米晶体的二维和三维晶体结构。
透射电镜晶体取向和晶相发布自动分析系统类似于扫描电镜上的EBSD（背散射电子衍射花样）分析技术，但其分辨率更高（在场发射透射电镜上可以达到5nm以下）、分析速度更快，而且适合于各种晶体类型。
